What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Dolphin does not download gecko codes on some games.
I can download gecko codes for some other games, but not this particular game. I can confirm the codes exists on this website, https://gamehacking.org/game/54380/?name=&format=gko, and I can confirm at least two codes works fine on this particular game as I do not need all codes. This just mean that it could be happening for some other games too.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Right-click on this particular game.
- Go to
Gecko Codestab. - Click
Download Codes. - Get
File contained no codes.

Dolphin doesn't use gamehacking.org for downloading Gecko codes. It formerly used geckocodes.org, and once that website became defunct, it started using codes.rc24.xyz (a mirror of geckocodes.org) instead.
geckocodes.org redirects to gamehacking.org nowadays, but that does not mean that gamehacking.org is a drop-in replacement that Dolphin can use. In fact, I can't even find any information about it having an API available at all.
