I was updating Dolphin like usual, and when it was reopening this message appeared that says:"Procedure entry point not found" and it suddenly it doesn't let me open it anymore, not even the versions that are on the update list works, i tried with those and it all have the same problem (starting with 17105 and up) and now I'm using the 5.0-17096 because of this, could look into this if possible, please?

The problem is that the Updater doesn't handle VC redistributable updates. For the time being, you can fix the error by manually installing https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe (or https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.arm64.exe for ARM64 devices).
