when i play mario kart wii theres this kart called nostalgia 1 and when playing the game the texture of the karts wheels have a lot of white spots on all 4 wheels. this is not the only issue, in courses like rainbow road there is a similar issue on the texture on the road exept this time its black dots.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue on my US copy (I assume you're using the European version, as Nostalgia 1 is called Classic Dragster in the US version). Can you attach a screenshot?
