What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

On occasion the screen will just go white, and I'll get a small freeze frame. Taking the game out of full screen mode and back in restores performance. During this time, the game can still be controlled and music continues playing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Unsure of exactly what causes this issue. I've only seen it with the vulkan backend, and not D3D11.

Couldn't take a FIFO log, since taking out of fullscreen fixes white screen. Grabbed a save state, but too large to attach (50 mb).
