Description

There are a few games where force progressive does not work, and the games will shake up 1 pixel then down 1 pixel every frame. We need some way to handle interlacing in order to fix this, or to potentially patch the games.

The known list of games is rather small, but I'll list the ones off the top of my head.

Eggmania
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2
Disney's Hide and Sneak
Disney's Mickey Mouse and the Magical Mirror

I'm also pretty sure there's a One Piece game that does it too, but I can't find the issue report and there's no wiki entry.
