Description

Game Name?
This currently happens with any GC or Wii game I try in my dumped library.

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When attempting to play a game with the Graphics Backend set to either D3D11 or D3D12, the game will not load and Dolphin's emulator render window will hang at a black screen, ultimately giving a prompt from Windows that the application has stopped responding.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Set Graphics Backend to either D3D11, or D3D12 and attempt to load a GC or Wii game.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
The issue is present in the latest development version. As of writing this, it is Dolphin 5.0-17889.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
Not tested on 5.0 flat, but is likely not present there.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version?
Tested 5.0-17889 (Latest Dev Build, 1d 15h ago): Hang on D3D11/D3D12
Tested 5.0-17269 (Latest Beta Build, 2m 2w ago): Hang on D3D11/D3D12
Tested 5.0-15993 (Oldest Beta Build Listed, 9m 3w ago): Hang on D3D11/D3D12
Tested 5.0-15021 (Outdated Build, 1yr 2mo ago): Successful Launch on D3D11/D3D12

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU: Intel Core i5-12600k
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti, Driver -> (Game Ready Driver, Version 512.95)
OS: Windows 11 22H2
RAM: 32GB DDR4

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

Nothing that I can immediately think of that would be of any use.

The driver is kind of old. Try updating it.
If it still crashes, post a crash dump (using latest dolphin) to a fileshare service (google drive or something) so we can look at it.

No response from OP. Assuming bad drivers. Will re-open upon request.
