What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

[There is a Bluetooth Passthrough Bug that only occurs with Wii Sports: After initially pairing up the wii motes with the bluetooth adapter (in my case an original Wii Bluetooth adapter) in Wii Sports, the pairings will get lost after closing dolphin and they will not pair with the adpater again until the drivers are removed and LibusbK is reinstalled.

Here are instructions on how to reproduce this bug:

  1. Connect your BT-adapter.
  2. Start Wii Sports (Rev1)
  3. Pair the Wii Motes (this should work)
  4. Close Dolphin (Dolphin will take longer to close than with other games)
  5. Open Dolphin again and start any Wii game.

After that, the Wii Motes will not pair up again and the only way to make them work with the adapter again is to uninstall the LibusbK driver in the Device Manager, unplug and reconnect the adapter and install the zadig driver again.

If I do the same thing with Mario Kart, Smash Bros or Mario Galaxy, or any other game I've tried, the Wii Motes will stay paired and immediately connect when starting a game after shutting down Dolphin.

I then tried the Wii Sports Version that comes bundled / combined with Wii Sports Resort and THIS version works. So it really seems like the Wii Sports (Rev1) is buggy (don't know about Rev0).

Just to be sure, I got another copy of the rom, just in case I made a mistake dumping my copy, but the new Version also had the same bug. I also set up a fresh version of Dolphin to rule out it being a faulty config on my end.]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

[1. Connect your BT-adapter.
2. Start Wii Sports (Rev1)
3. Pair the Wii Motes (this should work)
4. Close Dolphin (Dolphin will take longer to close than with other games)
5. Open Dolphin again and start any Wii game.]

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

[Not sure, my Version is: 5.0-17269]

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

[Not sure, my Version is: 5.0-17269]

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

[First broken version number here (if applicable)]

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

[Attach any fifologs if possible, write a description of fifologs and screenshots here to assist people unfamiliar with the game.]

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

[PC specs here]

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

[Anything else here]
