What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When starting the game, the game window opens, but its content is black.
Sometimes, the emulation information is displayed in yellow font in the top left border.
When launching dolphin emulator via CLI, the following output is written:
Connection to server failed -- (version 11.0)
Authorization required, but no authorization protocol specified
at -e line 12.
The emulator itself does not react to input anymore.
What steps will reproduce the problem?

Happens on both XOrg and Wayland
Mario Kart Wii runs without problem
I know that around that time last year, the game worked in this setup

Mario Party 7, Super Mario Galaxy, and Twilight Princess start fine as well

The log messages seem to be (partly?) unrelated to the problem, as they also occur when starting the other games

I tried it with a different rip (same ID, same hash) and it starts, strangely enough it is now also possible to boot the "old" rip again
