Description

Breakpoints are broken while using ARM JIT on the macOS arm64 build of Dolphin using both the GDB stub or the Debug Module UI.

Every breakpoint fails to hit properly when the JIT emulator is being used instead of the Interpreter.

If I use Rosetta to load the X64 version of Dolphin, the problem goes away.
