What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

As of 5.0-17536, DJ Hero 2 no longer detects the emulated turntable's counterclockwise rotation input ("Left Table Left", or "Right Table Left"), making it impossible to perform required DJ scratching inputs.

(on a side note, inputs like "Right Table Left" ought to be renamed to something like "Right Table Counterclockwise")

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Clear Wiimote binds
Bind enough DJ Turntable Extension controls to get ingame: Stick, Green Right, Red Right, Right Table Left, Right Table Right.
Boot DJ Hero 2.
Get to the main menu - used the Red Right input to back out of the tutorial if prompted.
Perform the "Right Table Right" input - the main menu will scroll.
Perform the "Right Table Left" input - the main menu will fail to scroll. It will correctly scroll in previous Dolphin versions.

Clear Wiimote binds
Rebind the DJ Turntable Extension using the Left Table instead: Stick, Green Left, Red Left, Blue Left, Left Table Left, Left Table Right.
Boot DJ Hero 2.
Get to the main menu - used the Red Left input to back out of the tutorial if prompted
