PC Specifications: Windows 10 (64 bit), 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz, 16 GB RAM, XFX Speedster SWFT210 Radeon RX6600 8GB Video Card
Error Description: The Thermal Visor is hard to see through and doesn't look like other images I've seen. The X-ray Visor does not work at all, displaying only the HUD and a black screen. I haven't used any cheats or hacks that might make the visors glitch like this.

Go to the graphics settings in the emulator
Under the general graphic options switch from openGL to vulkan graphics.
This fixed the problem for me.
