[Using a USB keyboard and enabling USB keyboard in Dolphin's Config settings menu does not allow USB keyboard to be used]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Click on Config > Wii > Connect USB Keyboard, Launch MH Tri, select save file, go into City, try to type in chat]
