Some major emulators have decimal internal resolution upscale like 2.5 or 2.75. Happy with 900p/HD+ support as an in-between for a lot of midrange devices. Kinda like how we have 1440p/2K between 1080p and 4K.

We explicitly removed Fractional Internal Resolutions due to the wide array of problems they caused emulation, such as corrupting save files.
