What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open Iso game
- Play
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a nice steady picture, like when playing @ other resolutions than
native. Instead I get a stuttering picture.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4066 in Windows XP SP3 32bit

Framelimit may effect the speed EFB is being drawn?

This has nothing to do with speed. The speed is all right, but the picture goes up
and down. And I don't use FrameLimiter.

I thought by "stuttering" you meant "choppy".

This issue didn't exist in earlier versions, so it's definetely not a game issue.
This occured after one of NolanCheck's commits in OGL plugin.
