Original .iso: 41deff9b1fd2831f48fbfa2dd1054e4d
Widescreen-patched .iso: d34a53428dd49b6649ee6d80fc729487
The widescreen-patched .iso is present because that's what I recorded the below video with; however, the problem is present in both the original and the widescreen-patched isos. If you would like to get the widescreen patch for whatever reason, it is in Henriko Magnifico's TP4K texture pack, linked here. https://www.henrikomagnifico.com/zelda-twilight-princess-4k Just run your dump of Twilight Princess through the included xDelta patch. There's probably another place that you could download the patch from, but a cursory look through Google revealed no such alternative to me.

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

There's a weird music mistiming in the cutscene with Ilia and Colin just before Link is supposed to leave for Hyrule. It's been happening to me since (I think) around version 3.0 of Dolphin or so. It hadn't really occurred to me to submit a bug report about it until now, so here it is. This bug happens to me regardless of ROM format (.iso, .ciso, .rvz, etc.) and, as far as I know, regardless of the disc it is dumped from (I have a friend with another GC copy of Twilight Princess, and the bug is still present there).

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Just play through the introductory part of Twilight Princess until you reach the aforementioned cutscene. Do not skip the cutscene; it is this particular cutscene that is the problem.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

The issue is present in the latest dev version of Dolphin, currently Version 5.0-20039.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

The issue is present in the latest stable version of Dolphin, currently Version 5.0-19870.

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

The issue is not graphical; screenshots and fifolog are (most-likely) not applicable.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Gigabyte AMD RX 6500 XT OC
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC IoT Edition x64
RAM: 16 GB (2x8GB) G-Skill DDR4 RAM (can't remember speed in GHz right now, but I think it's somewhere around 4000 GHz)

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

Didn't occur to me to make a savestate, although I imagine it would have helped a lot. I do have an unlisted YouTube video that highlights the issue here. https://youtu.be/vlhs0zE6ZDc I apologize in advance for some of the lag; I ran the game with more high-quality/accurate audio interpretation. (DSP-LLE instead of DSP-HLE, using Cubeb and the highest-possible-quality decoding)
In my experience, this happens to me regardless of Dolphin settings, but I will upload my config/log files here as well.
