What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
The European version of the game runs PAINFULLY slowly. I've tried tweaking options in the properties section and the graphics options to no avail.
NOTE: This happens in the European version and ONLY the European version. The North American version runs fine, aside from the occasional issue caused by Dual Core.
It's also worth mentioning that the cutscenes run completely fine, only the gameplay slows to a crawl.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not sure. It happens the moment the game boots.
