AMD CPU detection broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- start dolphin
- run the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On R120, I can run the following games with no error. But in R186-R193, it
show a error message as attached.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vista X64 build
AMD X2 4200+
2G RAM
8800GS
Please provide any additional information below.

Thank you for finally reporting it. I too have these same errors now with that
revision range and would like to know what the problem is.

In fact,my AMD cpu just don't have ssse3 and sse4.

My CPU only supports up to SSSE3. Ah, I didn't know AMD added SSE and SSE2 support
in their chips, I thought they would make their own, such as 3DNow!, etc. It looks
like they invented SSE5. Well then, just wait for hrydgard. Anyways, I heard
Dolphin is having trouble with AMD chips now, that is all I know, hopefully it will
get fixed.

Yes, the CPU detection fix has corrected the AMD CPU bug and the game are working as
they should again! Many thanks to hrydgard and the rest of the team;).
