Game ID?
GIQE78
MD5 Hash?
776efc70a57fb62e2dc77f011f870473
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
During the cuts there's always pink borders both on top and lower side of the screen.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
USA version of the dump, start the game, start new game and watch cutscene with mentioned problem.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
5.0-20950
Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
Yes. 5.0-20950
If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)
If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Steam Deck OLED
Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
Screenshots will be provided (Can't tell why, the screenshot button of the emulator works not everytime time i'm pressing it, so some of the cuts are just black screen with pink borders. However, i will describe every screen. As well it's good to mention that the only testing were made in the EmuDeck's installation of the Dolphin if that matters.
I've found no mention about such problem in google nor Dolphin wiki of this game. (https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=The_Incredibles:_Rise_of_the_Underminer)

Yep, that's it. Disabling this option made pink boards disappear but the performance dropped dramatically. Can't even handle stable 40fps with this set up. Thank you for recognizing the problem.
I hope there's a way to update info in the "issues" section on Dolphin wiki? What can i do to push this update?

SOLUTION
Disabling "Store XFB Copies to Texture Only" should fix it. We don't force disable this setting in the game INI file because it's a large performance penalty in exchange for something that doesn't affect gameplay.
The performance penalty is really high so be aware of that trade.
