The rumble motor option for Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons is not showing up in the Emulated Wii Remote configurator anymore.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Navigate to Controller Settings and select "Emulate the Wii's Bluetooth adapter."
Choose "Emulate Wii Remote" and then click on "Configure."
Select the Device as "Nintendo Switch Joy-Con (L, R, or L/R)."
Notice that under "Rumble Motor," there are no motor options available to select.

Yes, version 5.0-20188.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version?

Since the implementation of the SDL: Add GameController API, cleanup (PR #12085) in dev version 5.0-20941, the rumble motor option for Switch Joy-Cons has not been appearing in the Wii Remote configurator. This feature worked correctly in version dev 5.0-20937 and earlier versions.
