Attempting to use the "Card A" a "Card B" folder names for a GCI folder path is not allowed

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Go to Settings -> GameCube -> Device Settings -> Slot A -> GCI Folder -> attempt to browse to a "Card A" folder path. This is not allowed and the error:

"‎The folder Card A does not conform to Dolphin's region code format for GCI folders. Please rename this folder to either USA, EUR, or JPN, matching the region of the save files that are in it."

occurs. This should be allowed since when no path is specified this folder is allowed to be used automatically by dolphin. The usecase I have is I would like to manually specify this path so that my saves are stored in the same place regardless of my dolphin instance on separate partitions. But Dolphin's path check does not allow me to specify this folder. Instead just specifying "USA" results in the save files being made inside "USA" and not the "Card A" path within "USA"
