Having the same issue on both windows 10 and 11. No logs but event viewer shows the following:

The last working version was dolphin-master-5.0-21593. I wonder if this is related to the visual studio update dolphin forced when upgrading to 5.0-21595?

the windows 10 machine I'm on is using 22H2. Im on the latest stable version of 11 as well

According to your error message, you have a copy of the redistributable dll in the Dolphin folder, which should never be the case. Delete your Dolphin folder and redownload it, and don't put random dlls in there this time.

Thanks For your help. that fixed the issue for me. not sure why there was a DLL in that folder though. I didn't put it there.
