What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Dolphin (or Discord?) is not displaying which game I'm playing on my status. The setting is enabled in Options -> Configuration but nothing happens.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Unable to reproduce on both
Dolphin 5.0-21460 or Dolphin 2409 on Windows 10 22H2.
There are times when RP can bug out, I'm thinking it was coincidental.
Recommend closing this.
