An option can be added to redirect the wii speaker audio to a speaker if connected.
Example: the computer can play sounds heard on the TV and the Wii speaker audio can be redirected to a headset connected to the computer.
Also, perhaps a separate wave file can be generated for dumping wii speaker audio.
