What steps will reproduce the problem?

Simply launch the game and skip past the Wii Remote safety screen.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Not using development build.

Is the issue present in the latest release? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest release.

Yes: Dolphin 2407 (Revision b92e354389bb7c0bd114a8631b8af110d3cb3a14)

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

See screenshots attached.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: GeForce RTX 2060 w/12GB
OS: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
RAM: 64GB DDR3 @ 3200mHz

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

Uncertain, but can try to provide if needed.

Does Manual Texture Sampling affect the corruption? (Graphics->Advanced tab->Manual Texture Sampling)

Also try disabling the Anisotropic filtering, if you have enabled it (Graphics-> Enhancements-> Texture filtering: Default)

It doesn't seem to affect it, no. I also don't have Anisotropic filtering on.

Updating to 2409 did not fix the issue, unfortunately.
