What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Error message will pop up alerting the user of missing pointers, should the user continue, you will be missing assets that will render the first stage (possibly other stages) uncompleteable, other missing pointers that i know of are for the Chao Garden, which when loaded locks the camera and doesn't load the gate to the garden leaving the player soft-locked.

Load the game normally, a pop-up will appear alerting you to the missing pointers.

Works fine here. Which version did you update from? Try disabling dualcore/mods/cheats/etc.

Updated from 5.0-21264. I disabled dualcore and had no mods/cheats at any point in playing the game, However I found a fix for the issue though. I had to delete "Dolphin Emulator" folder from my "Roaming" and let dolphin.exe build a new one. I imported my saves and it seems to work fine now.
