This is an interface problem, not a game issue
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Dolphin Emulator for Android doesn't seem to have a visible Enable VSync option anywhere in its settings interface. The option itself still works though, if Config/GFX.ini is manually edited to contain:
[Hardware]
VSync = True
This is needed for some devices to mitigate non-framerate-related frame pacing issues when Vsync is disabled.
