What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Whenever I turn on progressive scan and play a game, it resets the option. Sometimes, Dolphin claims it's enabled when it isn't.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Enable Progressive Scan.
  2. Start and stop a game.
  3. (optional) If you look at the graphics settings, the box will still be checked. However, if you start a game again, it will act like the box is unchecked.
  4. Close and reopen Dolphin.
  5. The Enable Progressive Scan box will be unchecked.

If you close and reopen Dolphin right after step 1, the setting will still be checked and active, and playing a game will no longer change the setting.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes (2409-260)

Is the issue present in the latest release? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest release.

Yes (2409), but it wasn't present in Wx.

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

It was already present in 5.0-7614 in Qt (when the checkbox was properly implemented).
