Luigis Mansion Crash when loading saved game and then trying to skip intro movie

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.boot luigis mansion
2.load saved game
3.press button to skip cutscene
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
game to play as normal instead still getting crash 8 out of 10 times
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4196 x64 tried with both Non IL and IL version on vista and windows 7 x64
versions

Reported this problem awhile ago but nobody else confirmed it, i
reinstalled windows and did a fresh compile of r4196, even started a new
game with fresh saves and still had the problem. cant try on true 32bit os
as i dont have one installed. playing the usa version of LM

Quick question does the emulator show up wii saves if you run the wii menu as mine
arent showing up only the GC saves are showing, i asked in forum about 2 weeks ago
but nobody answered, i just want to make sure its not something i'm doing wrong.

why did you submit a duplicate issue?
gameissues arent deleted, just hidden from the normal view
i dont believe wii saves show in the wiimenu but never looked into it

sorry for the dup but i just assumed that as nobody checked out if this was an emu
problem or not that nobody was going to work on a fix thats why u resubmitted it but
i will know better in future. also the wiisaves dont show in the wiimenu i tested it
out on a friends laptop and they didnt show for him either so at least i know.
