Can't launch Dolphin in Debian12: error while loading shared libraries: libLLVM-11.so.1

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When running
env QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb dolphin-emu in the console it returns:
dolphin-emu: error while loading shared libraries: libLLVM-11.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Install dolphin-emu in Debian 12 from the Debian stable repos
- Try to launch it (in the console to see the error)

We don't maintain the Debian package. Please file a bug report with the package's maintainers (see https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/dolphin-emu). If the issue persists with a self-compiled version of Dolphin or our Flatpak builds, I can re-open this report.
