What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Trying to configure a steering wheel shows the default controller config dialog instead. While several buttons are indeed shared, key inputs such as actual steering and pedals are unique for this controller type.

See issue #11686 for another control type that is missing a config dialog.

Is the issue present in the latest release? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest release.

There also needs to be an option for if the pedals are attached or not. Most people would want them of course, but the option should be there for weirdos and bug hunters.
