What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When changing GCI path from the default Card A or Card B folders, Dolphin requires that the folder instead be named USA, EUR, or JPN. However, when following this requirement, rather than saving in the Card A or Card B folders within, it saves directly to the USA/EUR/JPN folder.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Attempting to alter the GCI folder path in any release or development version since the setting was introduced in 5.0-17900.
