Settings ▶ GameCube (tab)'s "Memory card" file browser lacks an "all files" for the extension type drop-down

Description

While the memory card manager has the "all files" option for the extension type drop-down, this "all files" option is missing within:

Settings ▶ GameCube (tab), then changing the drop-down menu that says "GCI Folder" to "Memory Card" and clicking the "..." browse button

Instead, it will only display whatever Dolphin's "valid" memory card file extensions are (which at least includes .raw from my testing)

Oh, I thought the "emulator" project category referred to the actual emulation itself while "infrastructure" referred to things like the program, interface, etc.
