What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

[The game freezes all of a sudden. I even tried to replace the game file, but it still freezes. When I skip the intro, the game freezes. When I let the intro play, it doesn't freeze. Then, I go into franchise mode and it freezes at intermittent parts of the game.]
