What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The official flatpak of dolphin doesn't include any translations it seems.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

• Install the official flatpak version of dolphin
• Change the UI language in the settings
• Restart
• Dolphin displays an error and reverts to English
