Dolphin Dev Flatpak from https://flatpak.dolphin-emu.org/dev.flatpakrepo repository has -dirty appended onto the version, making me unable to netplay with other people using a regular dolphin-dev version on Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Step 1: Add flatpak repo https://flatpak.dolphin-emu.org/dev.flatpakrepo
Step 2: Download and install/update from repo
Step 3: Launch, and find that the version is -dirty
Step 4: Try to netplay with someone using the same dev version for Windows from the official dolphin website, except theirs isn't -dirty

Yes on flatpak
No on regular windows .exe as far as I'm aware.

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

I don't remember, sorry, I know when the official flatpak was first announced this was not an issue.
