Description

Game Name?

NFL Street 2

Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, Properties, Info tab)

GN7E69

MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, Properties, Verify tab, Verify Integrity button)

6ac216d88f4c833b0cb2fd9424264dce

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Custom characters made as part of the Own the City or NFL Challenge modes have black square as their mugshots in player select menus.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Select "Pickup Game" from "Game Modes" with created characters enabled, go through the list until you find one.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes - 2412-270

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

Attached fifolog is a recording of the pickup game menu with a custom player with a glitched icon selected and several more already selected in the player's roster.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Windows 11 Professional
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 Core 3.60GHz CPU
AMD Radeon 5500 XT 4GB GPU
16GB DDR4 RAM

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

My "UserID" and "Options" save files are attached, import both, UserID is my actual save with my team and Options has the tutorial completion save data included in it.

I tried different combinations of graphical backend and Ubershaders on/off, didn't help.

You most likely need to disable Store EFB Copies to Texture Only, possibly at the time you create the character.

Disabling that option did not fix it, however disabling Skip EFB Access from CPU instead did fix it. Guess that's resolved, then?

Ah, yes, that's also a possibility.

@JMC4789, what do you think? Since it's EFB access rather than EFB copies, do you think forcing the setting in a game INI is worth it? I guess it depends on whether the game uses EFB access for many other things. (I don't have this game myself.)

I think it should be okay, EFB Access tends to be less demanding overall and create a character is a big thing in this game.
