What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
The game seemingly runs normally, and I changed nothing about the default dolphin settings besides changing the resolution to 1080p and setting the ubershaders and pre-compiling the shaders. The renderer is DX11. The game runs perfectly fine and doesn't show any issues, however it seems to randomly glitch out and show me broken graphics. There doesn't seem so be any logic or specific "triggers", or at least I don't think so, it just happened twice completedly randomly with a large period between the errors. The first time it happened I interacted with a door to a shop that was closed and normally the game shows a "wooden board" with a message along something like "Sorry, we're closed" - but the first time I encountered graphical corruption was right there, with the "board" being "glitched" and "cut up" - I didn't screenshot it or anything as I got weirded out and closed the message, then all other pop-ups worked normally. I thought dual core was causing graphical glitches or something so I quit the game, disabled dual core and kept playing - which seemed to fix the issue but not for long, as some time later while just playing the game I interacted with a NPC and saw what was way more "serious" corruption, with interface elements becoming all messy and a glitched mess showing up in the middle of the screen. I got spooked and shut down the game so I didn't screenshot this, but it seemed to be about the average graphical corruption. Again, I don't think there's anything that actually triggered these visual glitches and they seemed random, so this may be hard to replicate.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Play the game and run around the village interacting with NPC's, message boards and buildings, I'm not certain what will replicate this glitch 100%
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
I use Dolphin stable releases

It happened in version 2412 and happened in the new 2503 version as well
If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)
[First broken version number here (if applicable)]
If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer
Again, I got too surprised by the glitches to screenshot them

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

This isn't a particularly useful issue report without even having screenshots.
Attach screenshots of the problem.
Also, please create a "fifolog" as described in the issue template, specifically while you are having the problem, and zip + attach it here.

Yeah I DO understand that, but I don't think a screenshot would really change much anyway as it wasn't something very brief or very small - just a big, clear "Oh what the hell, my game is glitching out" so if you see it you will DEFINITELY know that something is wrong
All I can say is that it didn't happen 50 hours in or something - the game actually started having these graphical glitches early in the game, right in the first 2 weeks of spring, so it shouldn't take long to see something pop up... actually I have no idea as I saw no logic or "triggers" to it, one moment everything was fine and the next I had a blocky, glitchy mess on like 1/3rd of my screen... maybe it's something with the dx 11 renderer or upscaling to 1080p and 16:9 aspect ratio... I've got no clue honestly

Okay, I genuinely don't understand why this game of all things insists on being annoying with me. I switched to Vulkan thinking it would avoid the graphical corruption I saw, but it only caused ANOTHER problem - that being the amount of money I have no longer showing up while shopping. Meanwhile it works on dx11/12, which caused me troubles
so annoying
Not sure how much it matters but I have a fifolog for this issue

For the latest comment, seems to be a depth issue for Vulkan. I'll have to look at it closer later but it seems disabling "Fast Depth Calculation" fixes the issue (confirmed on Wii version)
