In Mario Party 4 the shadows are flicker in the envelope opening cutsence and during the paths of peril minigame this doesnt happen in real hardware

What steps will reproduce the problem?

start the game
select file
envelope opening shadow fickering
select minigame mode
select path of peril minigame
see shadow flickering in the characters shadows
