Description

Game Name?

Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode I

Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, Properties, Info tab)

WSNE8P

MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, Properties, Verify tab, Verify Integrity button)

I'm on Android and can't find this option. I just know that the same ROM works on another device.

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

There are graphical glitches starting from the title screen where a bunch of assets have their colors inverted. The D-Pad is also using down for right and left for down. I apologize if this is unrelated but I didn't mess with the controller settings and this didn't happen on Samsung Galaxy S22.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Opening the game and playing any stage.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes

Is the issue present in the latest release? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest release.

Yes

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

[First broken version number here (if applicable)]

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

I don't know how to accomplish this on Android but here are screenshots showing the clouds being negated.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Elite

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

I apologize for the D-pad comment, I have found a setting to change it, it's unrelated. Only the graphical glitches are relevant to this case.

This sounds like broken graphics drivers. Try switching between the OpenGL and Vulkan graphics backends.

I have tried both OpenGL and Vulkan. This is a factory-new phone. Apparently, there aren't many drivers developed for Snapdragon 8 Elite yet, so I'm not sure if these driver settings would actually change anything in my case. I just wanted to log the error somewhere. If you know of another driver I could try, let me know.
