What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
During an input recording or playback, the setting for Wii Remote speaker volume is ignored. Since SYSCONF settings typically are not stored in .dtm recordings (except for emulated console language, screen mode and country code as of build 2503), this is one of those that get reset to their default values, causing potential desyncs if the recording is done from a save state.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open Config > Wii tab
- Set Wii Remote speaker volume to the leftmost value.
- Go to Controller settings and tick Enable Speaker Data.
- (a) Select any Wii game and start an input recording. Where allowed, go to Wii Home menu, click on the big Wii Remote icon and check settings for speaker volume.
- (b) Select any Wii game and start emulation normally, then start an input recording from save state. Where allowed, go to Wii Home menu, click on the big Wii Remote icon and check settings for speaker volume. Save the recording.
- (Only if step 4b was followed) Playback your .dtm file done in the previous step. Current result is that instead of being 0 for speaker volume, default value is used instead.

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)
[First broken version number here (if applicable)]
If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer
[Attach any fifologs if possible, write a description of fifologs and screenshots here to assist people unfamiliar with the game.]

AMD Ryzen 5 3500U, Radeon Vega 8, Windows 10 22H2, 20GB RAM
Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
