[When receiving a kickoff in-game or vice-versa, the fps drops from 60 to 40-45, and the subsequent play is at the same fps. (If you were wondering, Im playing 1080p resolution, Ive had no previous problems playing on this resolution before, & all other years of this game (2003,2004) run efficiently.]
