What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
It is no longer possible to change the post-processing effect with the arrow keys when none is selected. You now need to press Space to make the choices appear.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Focus the dropdown.
2. Press Down. Nothing happens.
3. Press Space.
4. Press Down twice(!), then Enter to select 16bit.
5. Press Down, then Up. The selection properly changes to 32bit and back to 16bit.
6. Press Up. The box goes blank, and you can't change it until you press Space again.
