What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
While playing the Swordplay Duel game, if you knock over an opponent (or the opponent knocks you), the screen gets blurry in an instant. It also happens on the replay scene. However, it only happens if "Ignore Format Changes" is on.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(Make sure "Ignore Format Changes" is on.)
- Go to Swordplay > Duel.
- As usual, select a Mii to play with.
- While playing, knock out your opponent, or get knocked out to make the current round over. Pay attention to the screen.
- Pay attention to the replay scene.

Yes(2506a)?
If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer
Atached pictures and files are included.
Picture 1: "Round Over" screen with Ignore Format Changes set to On.
Picture 2: Replay screen with Ignore Format Changes set to On.
Picture 3: "Round Over" screen with Ignore Format Changes set to Off.
Picture 4: Replay screen with Ignore Format Changes set to Off.
(This is screenshotted on dual core mode, so Mii faces are missing.)
The DFF/Fifolog file (3 frames each) records on this moment the player knocks out the opponent. Turn on/off "Ignore Format Changes" to see the difference.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Lenovo ThinkPad T450s (Intel Core i7-5600U, Intel HD Graphics 5500, 20GB DDR3 RAM, Windows 10 x64.)
Graphics backend used is Direct3D 12, using native resolution. Issue is visible on dual and single core mode.
Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
(See the fifolog file and screenshots for details.)

Ignore Format Changes (enabled) is less accurate, so this isn't that big of a deal. I suppose the only question is whether there's any performance hit to enabling it by default for this game.
There's no decrease or a reduction in performance while playing this game with this feature off. It only depends on how powerful the device is (BTW, my laptop was almost 11 years old, and from 2015 to be exact, the game runs about 40-60 FPS on windowed mode; using the native resolution, and all graphics hacks enabled except the Ignore Format Changes setting.)
