Description

Usually PR builds have a fixed number for the build-desc with the version of Dolphin + the number of commits, e.g. 2509-340. However, when using the Flatpak build of a PR it will add a -dirty suffix to the string (which is also shown in the window).

This issue only affects Flatpak builds. All other platforms do not have this suffix.

Note: The Android build has a https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/blob/31ca3bca473d2ea059ecbba4b67a9cb512625a1c/Source/Android/app/build.gradle.kts#L88. This only affects Android installation and is not used for the build-desc string.
