Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
Tried literally turning off and on basically all different settings, all graphics backends result in the same visual bug.
Thought it might be the gecko code for 60 fps or the cpu clock override, but it wasn't.

I experience only a very minimal amount of video corruption which is solved by enabling Vertex Rounding.
Also, your MD5 hash shows you do not have a clean dump of the game.

I can't reproduce it even with MSAA and anisotropic filtering enabled.

This is msaa/anisotropic or one of those enhancements causing this.
So I looked into this, and apparently having default set on game config doesn't work? It just takes whatever the global option is. But yeah, it is anisotropic filtering.
So the issue is just that the game configs don't work for SPECIFICALLY texture filtering.
Also tried enabling Vertex Rounding, nothing changed at all.
About the MD5 hash, idk? Literally used CleanRip and wii backup manager like how it's said in the guide. Maybe something went wrong?
