What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
There are multiple audio bugs I've noticed, the most obvious ones are listed
BGM will still play in Pioneer 2(or any area with multiple bgm calls) despite muting BGM using in game settings.
Tracks can be heard very briefly when loading a quest with BGM muted, or when title screen switches to the introduction movie.
Audio can occasionally get very crackly/compressed sounding in mine, VR spaceship, seabed areas

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Mute BGM in settings > Sound Balance menu (BGM Bar is empty or low enough that bgm no longer plays)
Go to Pioneer 2 and leave the Hunter's Guild. Music will begin playing again. Using any of the music disks (DISK vol.1-7 items) when no bgm is playing will also cause music to begin playing. It probably has something to do with the way the game calls bgm track playback
Load a quest. The loading screen track can still be heard very briefly before cutting off.
Last one is a bit more difficult to reproduce, but usually Garanz/Baranz can trigger this issue, or any area that may cause frame drops(usually seabed) can cause this as well.

BGM correctly re-mutes itself when going back to the Title Screen.

Is the issue present in the latest release? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest release.

[Yes/2509]

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

[First broken version number here (if applicable)]

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

[Attach any fifologs if possible, write a description of fifologs and screenshots here to assist people unfamiliar with the game.]

configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

Issue occurs on HLE and LLE

Some of these sound like they are more likely to be game bugs than Dolphin bugs, like the developers just forgot to properly categorize certain tracks as music.

Could also be ARAM-DMA timing issues too, not impossible to be a Dolphin bugs. Reminds me of the Resident Evil 2/3 issues a bit in you saying they had multiple tracks going.
