MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, Properties, Verify tab, Verify Integrity button)
[Not verified / Unknown]

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
[The game fails to boot and shows the error message "NAND result Access".
This happens even when using a real Wii NAND dumped with HackMii/Homebrew.
The game works correctly on real Wii hardware, but fails in Dolphin.]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[1. Dump NAND from a real Wii using HackMii/Homebrew
2. Import the NAND into Dolphin
3. Launch the game from the Wii Menu
4. The error "NAND result Access" occurs
5. The same issue also occurs when launching the Aqua Living file directly from Dolphin]

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds
and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)
[Unknown]

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

[This is not a graphical issue.]

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
[Windows 10 64-bit
Intel Core i7-11700
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB
16GB RAM]

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots, configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
[The NAND is dumped from my own Wii.
Deleting and re-importing the NAND did not resolve the issue.
Running Dolphin as administrator did not change the behavior.
Other titles can access the NAND correctly.]
