What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When testing with Joy-Con and Pro Controller compatibles, Dolphin was unable to recognize them. Also, attempting to connect them while Dolphin was running caused a driver error on the Windows side about once every few attempts.

The behavior changes when launching Dolphin 2512 after successfully connecting using the previous release, Dolphin 2509.
Switch controllers are recognized and playable. However, once they are disconnected, they are no longer recognized, even when reconnected.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Play the game using the Switch controller.
