[For Pikmin as well as a large number of other games, downloading Gecko codes causes code duplicates to be downloaded every time codes are updated/downloaded. In addition, several games show "File contains no codes." when they previously did, such as The Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess.]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

[Enter Gecko Codes tab, select Download Codes. Do this multiple times (on several different games, some will have the issue and some will not) to have it continue downloading some of the same codes repeatedly, not counting codes with similar names but different codes for different game revisions.]

[This is an issue for a large number of games, and codes duplicated appear to not have similarities such as containing "x" within the codes, I could be wrong]
