What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Using an older custom Icon Theme causes an unnecessarily loud warning popup every time dolphin is started.

This could either be a bug in Dolphin, or the theme should be updated, but either way, having an idea of which icon is causing the issue would be useful.
In the case it's just due to an outdated/incomplete theme, I don't think this loud intrusive warning is warranted. A log would be sufficient.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I believe using any of its theme will cause the issue, I've specifically been using Clean Dark Red.

I've replicated on various machines with different specs. Win10, Win11 and Ubuntu
